Trouble getting AD Groups with ACS 5.1

Hi, I'm trying the ACS evaluation. I've joined to our AD Domain sucessfully and am connected. When I select Identity Stores> External Identity Store > Active Drectory and then choose the Directory Groups tab and click the Select button I get "No data to display", I would expect to see AD groups here. I've changed the Search Base DN to various settings without any luck.  When I select the Directory Attributes tab, then enter my username in "Name of example Subject to Select Attributes:" and the click Select it brings up a bunch of attributes, so I think the AD identity store is at least partially setup correctly.

Also noticed this error in the Monitoring and Reports
