As can be seen by the above logs we have success in the AAA authentication but cannot attach to a modem.

Need to understand what happens between

authentication at 05:03:42.044 and

the disconnect at 05:03:43.580. I

would suggest you enable "debug modem",

"debug telnet", and "debug ip tcp trans"

to see if that sheds any light.
