trouble uninstalling CSA

I'm having trouble uninstalling CSA off of one of my servers. When I uninstall I get errors (see attachments). I have tried to disable csa before I start the uninstall and have put it in test mode. Any other ideas or has anyone else ran into this?

I've never ran into a problem such as this. My suggestion to you would be a manual uninstall if installshield isn't working.

I found the following link describing for uninstalling 4.0. I believe it should be relatively the same all the way up to 5.2. The link is http://www.cisco.com/en/US/products/sw/secursw/ps5057/products_tech_note09186a00801e598b.shtml#uninstall
