Troubleshooting ACS-RSA integration

Recently I have implemented 4 ACS server over Windows. They will be using RSA SecureID server as external DB for authentication. After I installed the ACE client on the servers and do the necessary configuration, only two units are working fine, while the other two are not working: The users authentication will fail with an "External DB password invalid" error.

I have checked the manual but it seems got no troubleshooting guide on this. Could anybody guide me on how to troubleshoot this issue? thanks!

What do you see in the logs on the RSA Authentication Manager ?

Thanks JG, but this is the configuration guide and it seem there is not troubleshooting tips on it.
