True IP

I have both public and private address spaces set aside. Some addresses need to be set up to be NATed outbound to certain ports, but some of those same addresses need to be set to pass true ip out. Is it possible to set this up, if so can anyone give me some sort of example?

I suspect that you will have to use the NAT 0 command and configure an access list to define the traffic to be NAT'd or not.
