You will want to get the version of CSA that is provided for use with UCCX. The file version you list is the full managed CSA product (Management Center) which requires its licensing and the creation of required CSA policies.
You might want to move your question to the Collaboration, Voice and Video>Unified Collaboration Applications community where they should be able to better answer your need.
