Unable to access my ASA using ASDM

Hi there!, I'd like to know if anybody has the same problem that i have, When I try to access my ASA using ASDM the process load until 100%, returns the message "Software updated completed" by the interface doesn't open. I try to reinstall the softeware but the problems persists. After that i had to wait about 5 minutes to open a new session using ssh.

What IOS/ASDM versions do you have on your ASA?

What version of Java are you running on the machine you have ASDM on?

Do you have an 'asdm image ....' command configured? If so, please paste it here too.

here the information that you ask...

asa804-23-k8.bin

asdm-61557.bin

Java version 6 update 11

No, I don't have a command asdm image...configure, is that necessary?

I used to access using ASDM but some new uptade on my corporate desktop occurs this problem...

Now I'm trying to figure out what is going on, i'm using the new version of IE, but it's a rule of corporate IT..

Yes, you need an 'asdm image' command in there.

I'm using same ASDM image as you, but Java Update 13. May be worth upgrading if you can.
