Unable to Access PDM on 515

I am currently running a pair of PIX515's in failover. Until recently I was able to configure them via the PDM. The PC I was using died so a new one was installed which is indentical, same IP address, OS etc, but it will not run the PDM. It connects to the PIX and request authorisation but then does not load the PDM. Any suggestions?

try installing the latest version of java.
