Unable to access Private Network

Hi, I would like to find out if somebody could help me out on my situation. Here it is:

Connection is established from PC with VPN client(3.6.3 B)>VPN3030 (3.6.7)>TACACS+>NT Domain. As far as authentication is concern, its working but my problem is I cannot access or ping my private network. Please help.... Thank You...

I would like to add also that our concentrator is parallel with the PIX.

I got it working now. The issue is IP routing.
