Unable to connect to local IP on VPN

We have a small office with 3 users in that connect in through VPN Client 4.5.0D.

This works fine, apart from they can't ping any local IP at their end, which is stopping them printing locally through a local IP address. They were using a previous version of the VPN Client which worked except they would get kicked off after 8 hours which wasn't ideal.

If you go into "modify" for the connection you need and click on the tab "Transport" there is an option "Alow Local Lan Access" - tick it and it should help.

Perfect, thank you Victor!

Sorry for the stupid question - our WAN guy is on holiday

You are welcome.

I don't think that any question which ends up here is stupid :)
