Unique Queueing Scenerio

I have a Cisco router with three interface: S1, E0 and E1.

Traffic entering the router through S1. The traffic is a combination of voice and data. The leaving interfaces E0 is for voice traffic, and E1 is for data.

Everything is coming on s1 as an IP packet, and there is no way for me to do my priority list based on protocol.

How do I go about sending all traffic to E0 as a high volume traffic for voice, and medium/lo to E1 as a data traffic?

Can it be done through priority queueing or is there a better option.

Cisoc link with the reply will be appreciated.

Regards

Quality of Service for Voice over IP (http://www.cisco.com/univercd/cc/td/doc/cisintwk/intsolns/qossol/qosvoip.htm) is a great place to understand deploying Qos for VoIP.
