Upgrade FTP: to a 4210

I upgraded the memory to 512 on my 4210 - I also upgraded to 4.1(1)S47. I am now trying to Upgrade FTP: 4.1(1)S55 - I keep getting "Error: exp timeout"

I have tride to do this from 3 different 4210's and 2 different FTP servers. The FTP server shows the IDS connecting but no download starts. Any Ideas? Thanks, Helvey

Me personally, I have only run into this when 1 of the following conditions but I am sure there are others.

1)FTP server does not go into passive mode

2) I am mis-typing the file name

3) The file is not actually in the directory that I am pointing my ftp server to.

4) The file was corrupted during download. I downloaded another version and fixed the problem.

Anyone else with any ideas?

Unplug the sniffing interface, reboot the senosr, try to upgrade using "upgrade" command again.
