Hello ..
Is there a way to do simple URL filtering on the 501 without the use of websense or similar external products? I have searched through the postings in this forum but have been unable to find anything similar?
Basically, using an acl or equivalent I would like to block aim or file sharing sites without adding any extra expense.
Thanks.

Hi,
PIX doesnot filter/block using domain names or URLs. YOu can only do it using IP addresses of the sites e.g. aim , or using the ports that they work on.
Thanks
