Using 3002 to connect to 3005

I can get a tunnel established by the 8 port 3002 back to a 3005 but anything I plug into the 3002 cannot reach the network. I have a static private IP address of 10.0.0.31 of the 3002 and have tried both having the 3002 act as a DHCP server to the PC with a range of 10.0.0.32-34 as addresses and giving a static IP address to the PC. I cannot ping the private 3002 from the 3005 even though the tunnel is established. Any one have any ideas?

Often times complex troubleshooting issues are best addressed in an interactive session with one of our trained technical assistance engineers. While other forum users may be able to help, it’s often difficult to do so for this type of issue.
