Hi

if ur using netmeeting then u shuld open TCP connections on port 389,533,1503,1720 and 1731

Also u need to allow on the TCP/UDP on dynamically assigned ports 1024-65535.

For more info u can check out the firewall config for netmeeting in micrsofot website.

If its some other product being used for vdoconf then i would suggest to check up with

the product site and check out for the ports required to be open in the F/W.

We are running a Tandberg setup and we frequently connect to Polycom systems. So I had to open ports for both systems depending on who negotiates the handshake. Here is what I opened on our 535

object-group service Tandberg_tcp tcp

description Video Conferencing tcp Ports

port-object eq h323

port-object range 5555 5580

port-object range 3230 3238

port-object eq 1719

object-group service Tandberg_udp udp

description Video Conferencing udp Ports

port-object range 2326 2573

port-object range 3230 3258

port-object eq 1719

Each Codec also has a static IP translation through the firewall
