VMS 2.2 Errors

1. After I configured a sensor in the IDS MC and the Monitor, under the connections tab in Monitor it says my link is "Indeterminate" What does that mean and how do I fix it?

2. Event Viewer will not open. I get the menu options on the left side, but I get no grid on the right side, just a blank screen.

3. I can't tell if the IDS is getting alarms, is there an easy way to determine this?

The IDS connection status could go to 'indeterminate' if IDS_receiver process on the server goes down. Please try to reboot the server. If this still does not fix it, try deleting and adding back the sensor into Security Monitor.
