VMS 2.3, error message in IDS MC when defining Sensors

I have recently installed a UR version of CW VMS 2.3. When I go to the IDS MC>Devices>Sensor, I get an error message Problem with File /WEB-INF/screens/sensor.jsp!!!null. I am not able to define the sensors. As anyone seen this? The platform is W2K SP4. Thank you.

Did you make sure VMS has all the latest signatures? I don't recognise that exact error, but that is the most common issue I see is the sensor having newer signatures or SPs than VMS.

Thanks. I will investigate that. I'm not sure that is the problem because I can't define the sensors yet to VMS for it to compare versions of the signature. I will try your suggestion, however.
