I have a similar question.

I'm looking for the VMS update in the software center. I have the original VMS version that was initially released and am trying to locate where I can download the update. I've checked the CW2K area, Cisco Secure Software, and VPN Solution Center...I can't seem to locate it. Can anyone help me dig up a link for downloading the newest VMS release?

It has a link to the IDS MC updates page:

NOTE: On at least one of the IDS MC links I followed there were no files listed, but at the bottom of the page there was another link to where crypto controlled files could be downloaded. Following that link brought me to the page for all of the IDS MC downloads. You need to be sure that 1) you are logged into cco with a valid account, and that 2) your account has access to crypto controlled files.
