hi i am new to vpn and have a couple of questions. i have a vpn concentrator 3005 and a user with vpn client 3.1 when they dial up to their isp (aol) and connect with the vpn client, they get all the way through the connection process and everything looks good. when they go to open network places they get a blue sceen and everything locks up. i use the same client, and connect just fine, the only difference is i connect through a cable modem. the laptop is running w2k. has anyone else seen this problem or have any suggestions? thanks.

I agree. I had a similar problem with AOL. My user could get to network neighborhood but had problems browsing and it would lock up when they invoked our terminal server connection. Got rid of AOHell and ..poof! problem gone.

It worked. The user stopped using AOL and went with a cable modem and things started working. Thanks alot for the help.
