I am looking for a document on the Cisco Web site that tells me what UDP and TCP ports etc I need to allow access to in order for VOIP to work or a general document that may outline this type of information.

According to this web page, it's port 1071, but I've never done VoIP before:

Let me know if it works,

Both dominant VOIP protocols are dynamic with their port selection for media. H.323 uses 1718,1719 for RAS and 1720 for Q.931 (TCP). SIP uses 5060 (UDP) for signaling. The media ports are determined at call setup time between the two endpoints.
