vpn 3002 and unable to connect console

Hey all,

I have screwed up my concentrator and I am trying to connect to it via the console port.

I have set up a straight through console cable, set hyper terminal to 9600, 8 bits, 1 bit parity, hardware control, and I can't get a thing to come up.

anyone have any suggestions

Try changing flowcontorl to none. See the attached website:
