We have a vpn3005 with Bootcode Rev version 2.5 and with Software Rev 3.6.1. 32MB of RAM. From 3 months it reboots 3 times. We only can see this in the log: ..date.. time... "SEV=1 EVENT/37 RPT=1 Reset Reason : 3 (Assert Condition). I don't know what kind of Condition can cause the reboot and why ?

Any one know it ? Thank's.

Does the Concentrator generate a CRASHDUMP.TXT file ? You can check it at the "File Management" menu. If the file exist, you can escalate it to the TAC for further analyzing.

Hi,

you need to open up a TAC case, and then email this file to your TAC engineer for further analysis.

you can open up TAC cases by phone(18005532447), or via CCO.
