VPN 3030 w/3.6.1(on Appliance) "Some" users can connect but can't ping ...

anything on the network. Other get connected and then lose connection after a few minutes although the client continues to run AND the concentartor still shows them as active. They just can't reach anything inside nor can you ping their assigned IPs from inside the LAN. "Sometimes" if you wait a few minutes you can get to things again.

Ideas?

Sounds like maybe an arp issue. I wonder if there's duplicate ip's on your network or an internal router holding on to an old mac/ip address association.
