VPN access inside the firewall?

We have a couple of PIX 515E's with several remote connections that are working great.

We also have a couple of users on the inside of the firewall that need VPN access to several servers inside our DMZ.

My question: Is it possible to give these users on the inside VPN access to servers inside the DMZ? If so, how do I go about setting this up?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks, Ben

Re: VPN access inside the firewall?

Hi Ben,

Thanks for your question, you shouldn't need VPN access for the hosts going from Inside to DMZ as they should be able to access without the need for VPN'ing. In case its some requirement that you guys have then there shouldn't be any issue with that. The only thing you have to make sure is that there is a translation rule avaialble for traffic to go from Inside to DMZ, you can use Static for that..

Details at:

Hope this helps,
