Is it possible to give vpn access only to known public ip addresses ?

Kind regards,

Yes, this is doable. If you are doing VPN on a PIX then yu would apply an ACL that would only allow traffic from that IP address to reach the VPN address. If you are doing this on a Concentrator then it can be done by Network Lists

Configuration | Policy Management | Traffic Management | Network Lists

Rules might also get the job done.

If you need more specific info let me know.

Hi Dennis,

The VPN is on a Pix. Do you have an example for that access-list ?
