VPN behind NAT

Is there any issues with using VPN behind NAT...any issues with VPN...NAT or PAT...I realize this is a very general and vague question...Thanks

The bigest "gotcha" is if both the destination network, and the origination ( pre-nat ) network are the same. ie: origination network: 192.168.1.0/24 and destination is 192.168.1.0/24.
