and router interface get ip by dynamic.

so if we can build vpn between pix and router.

Yes have a dynamic IPsec on the PIX v7 and a static ipsec on the router with the peer as the PIX IP.

Another option is to use EZVPN, PIX acting as a Server and Router as the hardware client.
