VPN Client 4.03A Install Problem

I'm having problems installing VPN client 4.03A on my W2K PC. I'm logged in as an Admin user.

The install proceeds to 'Installing the Deterministic Network Enhancer'

Then the following error comes up

'Add plugin failure'

When I click OK on this error message I get another error message:

Error 1722. There is a problem with this Windows Installer Package. A program run as part of the setup did not finish as expected.

Click OK on this and the install roll back.

You seem to be running into CSCdx51632 'RN:MSI-Install doesnt recover from power off gracefully', though the bug is applicable to 3.6(49). This is seen when the PC looses power during installation. If you too encountered a power failure during installation, CSCdx51632 should be a safe bet.
