I have copied 2 profiles onto a users PC
C:/Program Files/Cisco systems/vpn client/profiles
But they are not displayed in the connection window , we have 100s of users on the Cisco VPN sytem but I've never seen this problem before ! Can anybody help ?

Loss of profiles is a known issue as per the Bug CSCsa74320. Best option is to use the latest VPN Client version.
