VPN client, 871 VPN Server, cannot access the Internet

Can a VPN client connect to an 871 Easy VPN Server and access the Internet without having to enable split-tunnelling? Here is the scenario in a previous thread. The solution given gets very close but does not work.

Thanks.

Re: VPN client, 871 VPN Server, cannot access the Internet

Before you attempt this configuration, ensure that you meet these requirements:

Ensure that your Cisco IOS and hardware supports the Easy VPN Remote feature. Refer to the Software Advisor ( registered customers only) .

Ensure that your Easy VPN Server is a PIX Firewall that runs PIX Software Version 6.2 or later.

Ensure that you have a 3DES license installed on your PIX. Refer to *Free* Register for a 3DES/AES IPSec Software Feature Key ( registered customers only) and Upgrading the PIX Activation Key.

I am experiencing the same issue. Did you ever find a resolution to this?

No. The only way I could get it to work was to turn on split tunneling.
