VPN Client connectivity problem-unable to add route

I have an existing VPN client that was working fine but now cannot connect, and a new install on a different machine producing the same results;

Unable to add route. Network: ac10ffff, Netmask: ffffffff, Interface: c0a801c9, Gateway: c0a801c9.

4 11:34:44.549 06/30/06 Sev=Warning/2 CVPND/0xE3400013

AddRoute failed to add a route: code 87

Destination 172.16.255.255

Netmask 255.255.255.255

Gateway 192.168.1.202

Interface 192.168.1.202

Any idea what may be causing this or how to fix it?

Troubleshooting depends on the Operating System that is used.It depends if it is windows or Mac.Steps differ for each.For Example if it is MAc OS ifconfig -a,uname -akextstat.Refer the following URL for more information
