VPN Client Dial-Up Issues

I am running a VPN 3015 connectrator with software rev. 4.0.3. All of our clients are running 4.0.3.A and all high speed connections (Dsl, cable) are having no problems.

However dial-up ISP users are having random issues. In the most part dial-up VPN works but there are some users that randonly get the authentification screen then they get hit with the failed to establish a TCP connection error after they enter there password. Is there some issue with dial-up connection rates and/or can I adjust a timeout value somewhere?

I feel you might be running into Bug CSCeb75072 though the versions so not match. Eitherway, I guess you should have a look at the bug and see if the suggested workaround (use option "save the password" for the certificates in the store or do not use this storage option at all) works for you.
