VPN Client dropping connections.

We have several users using the latest Cisco vpn client running on XP and WIN2K. They have all reported the connection dropping out for no apparent reason. They have to re-connect to get it working. It appeares to drop out at random. Thay are connecting to a Cisco 3640 over ADSL using different providers and routers ETC.

There are a lot of variables especially crossing various SP's and Internet clouds. If you have clients on certain SP's not complaining, perhaps migrating to a standard SP might be a consideration. The VPN client itself has been very reliable in our environment. Cisco's TAC might have some ideas for you to try.
