VPN client error msg

Hello,

I configured several laptops with VPN client 4.0.5(D), they all worked(Windows 2000 and XP). One of the laptops (DELL inspiron 630m, XP home edition) refuses to connect. I get an eeror msg:

Secure VPN Connection terminated by client.

Reason 421: failed to establish a connection to your ISP.

Any ideas?

hi pls check ur internet connectivity and make sure from the laptop u are able to ping the haeadend vpn device. it that works. we can troubleshoot it further more.

give us more info and we will try to solve ur issue.

Thanks, i discovered the problem. I had the dial-up option checked whereas i connect through LAN.
