Can anybody tell me if it is possible to set up a VPN with a Cisco VPN Client for Windows and a PIX Firewall trough an (old) Cisco 761 ISDN router?

It would depend on whether your ISDN router is doing translation. If there is no translation you should be fine. If it is doing NAT it should work. If it is doing PAT it probably will not.
