VPN client mysteriously stops working over Broadband

I have a user who has been working with VPN CLient 3.5.4 for quite some time without any issues. This week he has called several times not being able to access VPN over his Broadband connection. He can use it just fine with dial-up but when he tries it on Broadband he gets stuck on the authentication. In the log I see where his connection is immediately getting sent the delete packets but I don't understand why??? Any ideas??

While using the broadband connection, the user might be coming in with an IP which is differrent from the one he might be using earlier with dialup. Have the configuration checked and ensure that this endpoint is also configured in the VPN box. Also check for any routing issues.
