VPN Client, once connected can access Internet over ISP

When I'm connected to my ISP and initiate the VPN connection with my office, I successfully connect to the office LAN, but then my Internet connection over the ISP does not work.

What needs changing on our cisco 2621 router so I can still access the Internet over my ISP while VPN'd to the office LAN?

Regards,

Bryan

You need to setup split tunnelling. See the sample config here:

http://www.cisco.com/warp/public/480/ipsec-ios-tacacs.html#configs

Don't worry about all the TACACS stuff, just go to the "Enabling Split Tunnelling" section and have a read, you should be able to figure it out.

Many thanks for that, its worked a treat.

Is it possible to configure routes for the vpn clients? e.g our vpn clients are assigned a 10.3.1.X address, can I create a static route on the router saying 10.10.1.0 255.255.255.0 can be routed via 10.3.1.0?
