VPN clients (3.5) connecting to a VPN 3030 cannot use the Internet

I have setup a 3030 concentrator with 3.5 clients given to a test group. This group can build a tunnel and get to the Intranet, but they cannot browse the Internet.

Use split tunnel feature, you can get to intranet in the same time browse internet. Here is the sample config:

I followed the sample configuration and it did not solve the issue. Our there other possiblities that I can try.

There is no other way.

Please make sure you created a network list, for example, just define the private subnet of the concentrator. Then on the group you use , apply the network list for split tunnel. Then make sure if you are already connected, to disconnect and reconnect.
