VPN Concentrator 3000 not responding to VPN client

I am using a Cisco VPN client version 3.0.2 to connect to a 3000 VPN concentrator running version 3.0.2 software as well. I keep getting my connections terminated when I try to login using a valid user account. The Live Log on the concentrator is saying that the concentrator is detecting duplicate packets from the client. Any idea how to fix this and authenticate successfully without having to restart RADIUS?

Are you using a multi-homed PC or something (more than one NIC on the network)? That’s an odd message. If not, try uninstalling the client software, rebooting, and reinstalling and reconfiguring.
