Just a quick one this, can I have a VPN device on a dynamic Public IP connect to a VPN concentrator? I know this works fine on the PIX but the VPNC doesn't seem to like using addresses of 0.0.0.0 in the site to site config
Any ideas?

Not exactly the same terminology, but yes, the VPN concentrator can work in dynamic-to-static setups. Actually, it is the concentator that is built as the termination point for a large number of point-to-point and remote access connections and can handle most requirements.

I already have the VPN Concentrator terminating VPN Clients without problem and site to site VPNs with static public addresses. My question is regarding site to site VPN with the remote device using dynamic addressing. If you could point to any documentation to assist me I would be greatful.

You can use EzVPN solution (VPN3002 as the hardware client). It can emulate the LAN-to-LAN VPN connection.
