VPN Configuration: PIX vs. ASA

We are in the process of purchasing to ASAs to replace our 3030 VPN Concentrator. I have a couple of questions.

1)I'm pretty sure there isn't anyway to automatically migrate a 3030s configuration to an ASA, Correct?

2)We have some old PIX 515s and 525s that we no longer use. If i upgrade them to 7.X, can I work on migrating my VPN config using them and then basically copy and paste the config to my new ASAs when they arrive? I realize there may be some differences, but will at least the vpn portions of the config easily copy?

Hi,

That would be a wise thing to do but just make sure that the PIX has enough memory to be upgraded.
