Hi - I don't know if anyone can help, but any ideas would be greatly appreciated. I had a user that was put on PIX VPN and it worked like a charm, but then her password changed and she no longer could get to outlook and inside servers. I had her lock and lock the computer while on the vpn and she was able to acces outlook after a time, but now everytime she goes to open an outlook file, she receives a message that it is searching for the mail server. I have had the problem occassionally, but not often. This user experiences it all day long. Everything worked before the password change. I acutally had her bring the laptop into the office and I logged oon te network so it would referesh eveything. Thanks Robin
