We currently have a PIX 515E that we've been using for a few VPN Clients using VPN Groups. We're starting to expand on the usage of VPN's and I am wondering what a good Hardware device would be. We don't anticipate having more than 20 to 30 VPNs at a time.

If you only need to do VPNs, then I would suggest a 3000 series concentrator.. You would probably only need a 3005 for that many people. Here is a comparison link..

However if you want to do firewalling on the same box, then get an ASA.. Here's a link:

Since I already have a firewall in place are there any added benefits to placing an ASA behind my firewall verses a 3005?
I assume I can restrict access on specific source and dest addresses and ports using a 3005?
