VPN disconnects after a few hours

Good day;

Wondering if anyone has experienced this before...I have a remote user who has a workstation running XP and has installed the vpn client 4.0.5 (D) on his workstation. In the mornings he gets in no problems but later in the day about 3pm he gets disconnected and when he tries to log back in he cannot. I've turned on debug to see if I can see anything but nothing. I have 30 other users and they have no problems. The strange thing is is that if we just waite for about 20-30 min and try logging back in again he can without any problems...any ideas?? Is this problem randomly occuring or continuesly occuring?

hmmm...that's weird that he can't get back in once he gets disconnected. I know you have to add the cvpnd.exe to the windows firewall exceptions or you will get disconnects after so long.....
