VPN Fail-over Solution?

I'm looking for a VPN Router that can seamlessly fail-over and initiate a dial-up connection in the event that my WAN link goes down. It also has to be able to dynamically register it's IP address with the PIX VPN router at my head office. Anybody have any ideas what I could do? I've looked at a number of solutions and came up with the idea of having two wics in my router and setting the metric for the dial-up interface to a very high number, but i'm not sure if I can do this and still dynamically register my address with the PIX VPN. Can anybody shed some light on this for me?

Chris
