I'm having this problem as well. Initially it looked like UDP 29747 was needed (blocked on our PIX), but even when I do connect, the connection drops at 5 seconds with an "IKE Delete:...No Reason Provided" on the concentrator.
My broke in October I believe. It had worked for many months prior to that.
