VPN from PIX to SAP

I have a PIX 525 firewall and I have a SAP system on my network...and I also have a problem :).

I've never worked with VPN's under the PIX and the SAP consultants are going to start an upgrade in the next days. I've been reading the pdf's about site-to-site VPN's and I could not get any information.

Does anyone ever configured a scenario for VPN connections to SAP? I already have all the IP's and the pre-shared secret. I just don't know where to start.

I don't have a lab PIX available to test configurations, so I can't make any mistake on the production PIX.

Can anyone help me? Are there any SAP related config. guides that can help me?

I've made a few configurations, the problem is that I don't know how to forward the traffic from the VPN (with ends on the PIX) to the SAP Router on my DMZ.

Thank you!

Re: VPN from PIX to SAP

I assume you are using IPsec? Have you tried configuring "sysopt permit-ipsec".

Re: VPN from PIX to SAP

I've found some new pdf's at Cisco's website and the VPN is now working. I was easier then I expected.

Anyway, thank's for your help.
