VPN into a Windows NT environment - unable to browse Network Neighborhood

I'm running the VPN Concentrator 3015 using IPSec w/digital certs. I am able to connect to my network without problems and I am able to access anything in the network. However, I am unable to browse the Network Neighborhood and change my password while connected by VPN. I believe the problems are related. I have spoken to the TACs and they said that a lot of Windows users are experiencing the same problems but they didn't have a solution.

I am able to ping by name and IP address, which tells me this isn't a WINS related problem.

Has anyone had the same issue of not being able to browse the network neighborhood? Any solutions?

I have seen this before when NetBIOS over TCP/IP has been disabled. Make sure it is enabled.

I know, I know - you aren' t meant to need it in a pure W2K environment, but it simply doesn't work if you disable it.
