vpn - Local Ident showing outside interface vs. inside!

I'm trying to configure a VPN with a 1720 and an 806 both running NAT (non-overload). The current (grin) problem preventing the VPN from working is when I do a "show crypto ipsec sa" the "Remote Ident" is a private network address (which is correct), but my Local Ident is showing up as my public address (not the local address). Both routers exhibit this behavior.

What command has to do with what address shows up in the Local Ident? I've got the routers bypassing NAT for VPN traffic. I appreciate all the help!
