VPN Log-in information

Hi,

i have setup eazyvpn on 1700 series router & workz fine, i wanted to check the login in such a way that what time the user has logged in & loggout, currently when i type "show logging" it show x.x.x.x ip address has logged 7w2d, but i am not getting the exact time in the above 7w2d meanz it is the router up time & the clock, so how do i set that?

hi ananda,

what you want can either be acheived with ipsec vpn accounting or syslog server. with syslog server you will not get specific events for ipsec only but all the messages related to the level of syslogging. what you want to acheive can be done by syslogging with level 6 (informational).

I would suggest to use aaa ipsec vpn accounting which is described in the following link:
